The Pollution Control Board proposed to amend 35 Ill. Adm. Code §201.162, which pertains to pollution permits. The Department of Health and Environment seeks public comment on the proposed Kansas Public Water Supply Loan Fund 2011 Intended Use Plan. This plan describes proposed revisions to the fund to comply with new federal requirements including prevailing wage rates, awarding additional subsidy in the form of principal forgiveness, and green project types, and adds new projects to the project priority list. The hearing will be on August 17, 2010.
