EPA proposed to authorize revisions to Nevada's hazardous waste management program under RCRA. 

EPA withdrew the initial nonattainment designation for portions of the Outagamie County, Wisconsin, area for the 2010 sulfur dioxide primary NAAQS, and finalized a designation of attainment/unclassifiable for the area.

EPA proposed to approve revisions to Iowa's SIP and the state's operating permit program under the CAA to ensure consistency between state and federally approved rules.

FWS designated critical habitat for the northern Mexican gartersnake under the ESA.

FWS announced its 90-day findings on three petitions to add species to the lists of endangered and threatened wildlife and plants under the ESA, finding that the petitioned actions may be warranted; the agency will initiate status reviews for the species.

EPA announced the availability of data on allocations of Cross-State Air Pollution Rule allowances to existing electricity generating units.

EPA redesignated to attainment the Idaho portion of the Logan, Utah-Idaho fine particulate matter nonattainment area, and approved a maintenance plan for the area demonstrating continued compliance with the 2006 fine particulate matter NAAQS through 2031.
