NMFS established a regulation under the Marine Mammal Protection Act to prohibit swimming with and approaching a Hawaiian spinner dolphin within 50 yards. 

FWS proposed to remove 23 species from the federal lists of endangered and threatened wildlife and plants under the ESA due to extinction.

EPA entered into a proposed consent decree under the CAA in United Refining Co. v. Wheeler, No. 20-cv-1956 (D.D.C.), that establishes a deadline for EPA to act on a petition for a small refinery hardship exemption that the Agency allegedly failed to take final action on previously.
