EPA announced its intention to approve revisions to the Navajo Nation's public water system supervision program.

FWS established a nonessential experimental population (NEP) of the California condor in the Pacific Northwest under §10(j) of the ESA in order to facilitate reintroduction of California condors to the region and provide for allowable legal incidental taking of the species within a defined NEP area. 

FERC amended its regulations pursuant to §401(a)(1) of the CWA to establish a categorical reasonable period of time for a state or tribal certifying authority to act on a water quality certification request for proposed natural gas and liquefied natural gas projects.
