The Water Quality Control Commission proposed to adopt a new regulation concerning water quality control division cash fees. The regulation would set fees for drinking water fees assessed on public water systems and commerce and industry sector permitting fees. A hearing will be held May 13, 2024. The Structural Pest Control Board proposed amendments to pesticide application notice requirements. The amendments would, among other things, reorganize and clarify pesticide application notification requirements, incorporate a redesigned occupants fumigation notice and pesticide disclosure form, and address post-application notice requirements for Branch 2 and Branch 3 companies.
