The Structural Pest Control Board proposed amendments to pesticide application notice requirements. The amendments would, among other things, reorganize and clarify pesticide application notification requirements, incorporate a redesigned occupants fumigation notice and pesticide disclosure form, and address post-application notice requirements for Branch 2 and Branch 3 companies. Comments are due February 13, 2024.
