Alabama: Waste

The Department of Environmental Management proposed to adopt new regulations governing the scrap tire program. The regulations would, among other things, update definitions, clarify the scrap tire environmental fee, clarify limited-use transporter permits, and update recordkeeping and reporting requirements.
