Under a proposed consent decree concerning contamination from uranium ore or residue processing materials at certain portions of the North St. Louis County Superfund site in Missouri, settling CERCLA and Formerly Utilized Sites Remedial Action Program defendants must pay a combined total of nearly $164,000,000 in past and future response costs.
