would approve and implement the Klamath Basin agreements.

would amend Title 23, United States Code, with respect to weight limitations for natural gas vehicles.

would amend the Intermodal Surface Transportation Efficiency Act of 1991 with respect to high priority corridors on the National Highway System.

would authorize the Secretary of the Interior to conduct a special resource study to determine the suitability and feasibility of adding the sites associated with the forced relocation and confinement of the Aleut people during World War II in Alaska as a unit of the National Park System.

would amend Title VI of the Public Utility Regulatory Policies Act of 1978 to establish a federal renewable electricity standard for retail electricity suppliers and a federal energy efficiency resource standard for electricity and natural gas suppliers.

would require the Administrator of EPA to primarily consider, and to separately report, the domestic benefits of any rule that addresses emissions of carbon dioxide from any existing source or new source that is an electric utility generating unit, in any such rule, and in the regulatory impact analysis for such rule.
