would modify the Forest Service Recreation Residence Program as the program applies to units of the National Forest System derived from the public domain by implementing a simple, equitable, and predictable procedure for determining cabin user fees.

would expand and extend the program to improve permit coordination by the Bureau of Land Management.

would amend the Magnuson-Stevens Fishery Conservation and Management Act to promote sustainable conservation and management for the Gulf of Mexico and South Atlantic fisheries and the communities that rely on them.

would require approval for the construction, connection, operation, or maintenance of oil or natural gas pipelines or electric transmission facilities at the national boundary of the United States for the import or export of oil, natural gas, or electricity to or from Canada or Mexico.

would provide for the withdrawal of certain Federal land in Garden Valley, Nevada.

would amend the Agricultural Act of 2014 to require the Secretary of Agriculture to extend the term of marketing assistance loans in cases in which a purchaser has bought the loan commodity subject to the loan and declared bankruptcy prior to paying for the loan commodity.

would direct the Secretary of the Interior to conduct a special resource study of the West Hunter Street Baptist Church in Atlanta, Georgia to evaluate the national significance of the Church and to determine the suitability and feasibility of designating such area as a unit of the National Park System.

would authorize the Secretary of the Interior to conduct a special resource study of sites associated with the 1657 signing of the Flushing Remonstrance in Queens, New York to, among other things, determine the suitability and feasibility of designating resources within the study area as a unit of the National Park System.

would amend the Wild and Scenic Rivers Act to designate segments of the Missisquoi River and the Trout River in the state of Vermont as components of the National Wild and Scenic Rivers System.

would authorize certain land conveyances involving public lands in northern Nevada to promote economic development and conservation.
