would provide that certain emission limits for hydrogen chloride and sulfur dioxide shall not apply to certain existing electric utility steam generating units that use circulating fluidized bed technology to convert coal refuse into energy.

would amend CAA to provide that a downward adjustment of the volume of cellulosic biofuel results in a pro rata reduction of the volume of renewable fuel and advanced biofuels required under the Renewable Fuel Standard.

would amend the Renewable Fuel Program in §211(o) of CAA to allow domestic alternative fuel to be used to satisfy a portion of the required applicable volume of renewable fuel.
