The Department of Environmental Quality proposed to adopt a new rule to establish a Medium Heavy-Duty Zero Emissions Vehicles Rebate Program. The rule would outline the program design, application requirements, and review and award process; create a new rebate level for new Charge Ahead vehicles and remove the ability to stack with the Standard Rebate; and prevent duplicative Charge Ahead and Zero Fleet rebates.
