would amend the Department of Agriculture Reorganization Act of 1994 to improve the Office of Urban Agriculture and Innovative Production.

would provide for congressional disapproval under Chapter 8 of Title 5, U.S. Code, of the rule submitted by DOE relating to the “Energy Conservation Program: Test Procedure for Consumer Water Heaters and Residential-Duty Commercial Water Heaters”.
