would amend the Lacey Act Amendments of 1981 to limit the application of that Act with respect to plants and plant products that were imported before the effective date of amendments to that Act enacted in 2008.

would amend the Chesapeake Bay Initiative Act of 1998 to provide for the reauthorization of the Chesapeake Bay Gateways and Watertrails Network.

would approve the transfer of Yellow Creek Port properties in Iuka, Mississippi.

would amend CERCLA to clarify that manure is not considered a hazardous substance, pollutant, or contaminant under that Act.

would provide a comprehensive assessment of the scientific and technical research on the implications of the use of mid-level ethanol blends.

would establish the John H. Chafee Blackstone River Valley National Historical Park.

would provide that the EPA rule entitled "National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants for Reciprocating Internal Combustion Engines" have no force or effect with respect to existing stationary compression and spark ignition reciprocating internal combustion engines operated by certain persons and entities for the purpose of generating electricity or operating a water pump.

would direct the Administrator of EPA to change the Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure rule with respect to certain farms.

would preserve the multiple use land management policy in the state of Arizona.

would amend the Federal Water Pollution Control Act to authorize appropriations for state water pollution control revolving funds.
