would prohibit the DOI from using funds to make a final determination on the listing of the northern long-eared bat under the ESA.

would amend the Water Resources Research Act to reauthorize grants and require applied water supply research regarding the institutes established under the act.

would authorize DOI to acquire certain land in Martinez, California, for inclusion in the John Muir National Historic Site.

would establish the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta National Heritage Area.
