would require the Administrator of EPA to withdraw the proposed order published in the January 19, 2011 Federal Register (76 FR 3422) pertaining to the pesticide sulfuryl fluoride.

would prohibit the further extension or establishment of national monuments in Arizona except by express authorization of Congress.

would authorize the Administrator of NOAA to provide certain funds to eligible entities for activities undertaken to address the marine debris impacts of the March 2011 Tohoku earthquake and subsequent tsunami.
