EPA revised regulations that are designed to reduce the risk of accidental releases of hazardous chemicals as part of the Agency's risk management program under the CAA by rescinding recent amendments no longer considered reasonable or practicable.

BLM established eligibility and selection criteria for tribal and Alaska Native biomass demonstration project proposals submitted for BLM-managed lands under the Indian Tribal Energy Development and Self-Determination Act Amendments of 2017. 

FWS announced the fiscal year 2018 priority list of wildlife and sport fish conservation projects from the Association of Fish and Wildlife Agencies and the Service director's approval to fund the entire list through the Multistate Conservation Grant Program. 

EPA announced the availability of the broadly applicable alternative test method approval decisions that the Agency made under and in support of new source performance standards and NESHAPs between January 1, 2019, and December 31, 2019. 

FWS proposed to define the scope of the Migratory Bird Treaty Act as it applies to conduct resulting in the injury or death of migratory birds protected by the Act to align with Solicitor's Opinion M-37050, which concludes that the Act's prohibitions on pursuing, hunting, taking, capturing, killing, or attempting to do the same apply only to actions directed at migratory birds, their nests, or their eggs. 

EPA established annual percentage standards for cellulosic biofuel, biomass-based diesel, advanced biofuel, and total renewable fuel that apply to gasoline and diesel transportation fuel produced or imported in 2020; finalized changes to the percentage standard calculations to account for volumes of gasoline and diesel the Agency projects will be exempted from the renewable volume obligations; and finalized several regulatory changes to the Renewable Fuel Standard program.
