A settling CAA defendant that allegedly violated NESHAP and PSD requirements at a lime manufacturing plant it owns and operates in Woodville, Ohio, must pay an $800,000 civil penalty, must perform a vehicle replacement supplemental environmental project valued at $375,000, and must perform other work at the plant at an estimated cost of $20 million.
