would prohibit the Administrator of EPA from proposing, finalizing, implementing, or enforcing any prohibition or restriction under CAA with respect to the emission of methane from the oil and natural gas source category.

would seek to harmonize requirements of the 2008 and 2015 ozone NAAQS.

would require the Administrator of EPA to fulfill certain requirements before regulating standards of performance for new, modified, and reconstructed fossil fuel-fired electric utility generating units.

would express disapproval of a rule submitted by EPA relating to "National Ambient Air Quality Standards for Ozone."

would require the EPA Administrator to establish a program under which the Agency shall defer the designation of an area as a nonattainment area for purposes of the eight-hour ozone NAAQS if the area achieves and maintains certain standards under a voluntary early action compact plan.

would require that any revision to, or establishment of, primary or secondary NAAQS be made by statute.

would direct EPA to allow low volume motor vehicle manufacturers to install engines from vehicles that have been issued certificates of conformity.

would amend the CAA to prohibit the regulation of emissions of carbon dioxide from new or existing power plants under certain circumstances.

would authorize EPA to waive any emission standard or other requirement under the CAA applicable to the control of asbestos emissions in the demolition or renovation of a condemned building for which there is a reasonable expectation of structural failure.
