The Air Quality Control Commission proposed amendments to the greenhouse gas intensity rule for the upstream oil and gas sector. The revisions include, among other things, changes to requirements for monitoring of enclosed combustion devices at oil and gas operations. A hearing will be held July 19, 2023.
