The Air Resources Board proposed to amend the regulation for reporting criteria air pollutants and toxic air contaminants. The amendments would, among other things, provide updated toxics data for air districts, enhance the quality and quantity of emissions inventory data from facilities, and increase the number of facilities subject to reporting requirements. A hearing will be held November 19, 2020. Comments are due November 16, 2020.

The Oregon Department of Environmental Quality proposed to amend Or. Admin. R. 340-245-0005, -0020, -0050, -0200, -0320, -8010, -8030, and -8040. The amendments would establish more protective health standards for noncancer toxic air contaminants that are expected to cause developmental or other severe human health impacts.
