The General Land Office proposed amendments to 31 Tex. Admin. Code §§19.70 and 19.73. The proposed amendments would incorporate statutory revisions in House Bill 1625 and reflect statutory changes to the Oil Spill Prevention and Response Act that provide additional procedures by which the Commissioner can order the removal of a derelict vessel or structure without notice or an opportunity for a hearing.
