The Division of Forestry proposed amendments to Ohio Admin. Code 1501:3-10, -12, and -13, and 1501:3-5. The proposed amendments would further clarify and simplify requirements of the Silvicultural Assistance Program, standardize the process for issuing kindled fire waivers, and reduce the special use permit application fee for mineral exploration.
