The Environmental Quality Council proposed amendments to Title 123, Rules and Regulations for the Design, Operation, and Maintenance of Wastewater Works, and Title 195, Chemigation Regulations. The proposed amendments would, among other things, update and clarify applicable requirements; clarify the scope of authority for new and existing wastewater facilities; and update, consolidate, and clarify applicable requirements to the application of chemicals to land or crops through an on-farm irrigation distribution system. A hearing will be held June 20, 2019. Comments are due June 19, 2019.
