The Solid and Hazardous Waste Management Section proposed amendments to 7 Del. Admin. Code §1302. The proposed amendments would incorporate federal amendments into Delaware's hazardous waste management program. A hearing will be held October 29, 2018. Comments are due November 13, 2018.
