The Department of Environmental Quality proposed amendments to Okla. Admin. Code §252:205-3-1 and §252:205-3-2. The proposed amendments would make the Department's hazardous waste rules consistent with federal regulations by incorporating, among other things, new EPA rules related to confidentiality determinations for hazardous waste export and import documents, and revisions to EPA's Definition of Solid Waste Rule. Hearings will be held October 11, 2018, and November 9, 2018. Comments are due October 11, 2018.

The Pollution Control Board proposed amendments to Ill. Admin. Code tit. 35, §§720 to 725. The proposed amendments would incorporate amendments adopted by EPA between January 1, 2018, and June 30, 2018, including elements of the federal e-Manifest System user fees provisions, changes in the general hazardous waste manifest requirements, and revisions to the Definition of Solid Waste Rule.
