The Department of Health proposed amendments to the Chemicals of High Concern in Children's Products Rule. The proposed amendments would refine the requirement for the disclosure and reporting of toxic substances that are intentionally added to children's products and add 20 chemicals to the list of Chemicals of High Concern to Children that must be reported by manufacturers of children's products.
