The Department of Environmental Quality proposed to amend Okla. Admin. Code §252:100-39-47 and adopt §252:100-37-27. The proposed amendment would incorporate the latest changes to the aerospace NESHAP. The proposed adoption would allow aerospace coating facilities throughout Oklahoma to be regulated under rules specific to the industry as is presently done in Okla. Admin. Code §252:100-39-47.
