The Department of Environmental Quality will hold a public hearing on proposed adoption of Wyo. Stat. Ann. §24, Class VI Injection Wells and Facilities Underground Injection Control Program. The proposed rules would develop and promulgate a new chapter of rules and regulations governing the geologic sequestration of carbon dioxide.
