The Department of Environmental Quality is proposing revisions to Wyo. Stat. §35-11-503, Solid Waste Rules and Regulation. Changes include acreage limits related to waste management activities, uniformly manage landfills, and other revisions. A public hearing will be held on November 17, 2016.
