The Environmental Quality Council will hold a public hearing to consider proposed amendments to Air Quality Division rules Chapter 3, General Emission Standards; Chapter 5, National Emission Standards; Chapter 11, Acid Rain Program; and Chapter 14, Emission Trading Program Regulations. The majority of the changes to Chapters 3, 5, 11, and portions of Section 4 of Chapter 14 involve updates to the annual effort to adopt by reference from the Code of Federal Regulations. Chapter 14, Sections 2 and 3 are being modified to be compliant with revised federal Regional Haze Rule requirements. Sections 2, 3 and 5 of Chapter 14 and Sections 2, 6 and 9 of Chapter 3 involve changes to the SIP. The hearing will be held February 27, 2008. http://deq.state.wy.us/aqd/index.asp?pageid=8.
