The Natural Resources Board proposes amendments to Wis. Admin. Code NR 100 to 106 and 200 to 299, rules that relate directly to the Wisconsin Pollutant Discharge Elimination System. The purpose of the proposed rule changes is to ensure that the state’s regulations are consistent with federal regulations. Public hearings will be held on February 6 and 7, 2017.
