The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources seeks public input on proposed changes to Wis. Admin. Code §NR106 regarding the Wisconsin Pollutant Discharge Elimination System. Specifically, the changes would affect the calculations for effluent limitations for toxic and organoleptic substances discharged to surface waters. A public hearing will be held on December 7, 2015.  Written comments will be accepted until November 12, 2015.
