The Natural Resources Board is proposing to amend various provisions of Wis. Admin. Code NR §§400 to 445 regarding the state's CAA SIP. Among other changes, substantive amendments would create an exclusion to allow minor sources to conduct specified pre-construction activities while permit issuance is pending, and allow sources to burn high sulfur diesel fuel when using best available control technologies. Public hearings will be held beginning March 5, 2015, and the deadline for comment is March 16, 2015.
