The Department of Natural Resources will hold a public hearing on proposed adoption of Wis. Admin. Code NR §§ 400.02(162)(a)51. and 52., relating to the definition of volatile organic compound (VOC). The rule would exclude dimethyl carbonate and propylene carbonate from the state regulatory definition of VOC. The hearing will be March 12, 2010.
