The Noxious Weed Control Board proposed to amend Wash. Admin. Code §16.750, State noxious weed list and schedule of monetary penalties. Changes would add and alter noxious weed listings, and add a new section on listing guidelines. There will be a public hearing November 1, 2011, and the deadline for written comment is October 31.
