The Department of Ecology proposed to amend Wash. Admin. Code §§173.98, Uses and limitations of the water pollution control revolving fund, & 173.95, Uses and limitations of centennial clean water fund. Changes would establish funding categories, ceiling amounts, and project eligibility for green project reserves projects and forgivable principal loans as part of the revolving fund. There will be a public hearing July 26, 2011, and the deadline for comment is August 3, 2011.
