The Puget Sound Clean Air Agency is proposing to amend Wash. Admin. Code §12.03, pertaining to quality assurance requirements for new continuous opacity monitoring systems. The changes would bring the quality assurance requirements in line with the most up-to-date U.S. EPA information. The deadline for comment is September 23, 2015.
