The State Water Control Board is proposing to amend 9 Va. Admin. Code §§25-110-10 through -80, pertaining to the Virginia Pollutant Discharge Elimination System General Permits for Domestic Sewage Discharges. The amendments would renew the general permit for domestic sewage discharges less than or equal to 1,000 gallons per day, which expired August 1, 2015. A public hearing will be held August 25, 2015.
