The Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) is opening for public comment the proposed revision to their SIP regarding air quality standards set by U. S. EPA. The DEQ is seeking comments on whether regulation amendments for permits for major stationary sources (9 Va. Admin. Code §5-80-1605 and §5-80-2000) should be submitted for revision.
