The Department of Agriculture proposed to amend 2 Va. Admin. Code §5.320.10, Regulations for the Enforcement of the Endangered Plant and Insect Species Act. Changes would remove one plant species from the list and add one insect and three plant species. There will be a public hearing August 7, 2012, and the deadline for comment is August 31.
