The Department of Environmental Quality seeks public comment on proposed amendments to 9 Va. Admin. Code §5-40, Existing Stationary Sources. The amendments would adopt new standards for the control of volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions from industrial solvent cleaning operations, miscellaneous industrial adhesive application processes, metal and plastic parts coating operations, offset lithographic printing operations, and letterpress printing operations within the Northern Virginia VOC Emissions Control Area.
