The Agency of Natural Resources proposed amendments to 10 Vt. Code R. §6603. The proposed amendments would list the following five per- and polyfluorinated alkyl substances as hazardous materials: perfluorooctanoic acid, perfluorooctane sulfonic acid, perfluorohexane sulfonic acid, perfluoroheptanoic acid, and perfluorononanoic acid.
