The Air Pollution Control Division proposed amendments to Air Pollution Control Regulations, Subchapter XI, Low Emission Vehicles - Regulations to Control Greenhouse Gas Emissions from Motor Vehicles. The rule would establish greenhouse gas requirements for the state's Low Emission Vehicle Program, phasing in requirements between model-years 2009 and 2016.
