The Air Pollution Control Division submitted the final proposed rule "Air Pollution Control Regulations, Subchapter XI, Low Emission Vehicles - Regulations to Control Greenhouse Gas Emissions from Motor Vehicles" to the Legislative Committee on Administrative Rules. Changes establish greenhouse gas emissions standards for inclusion in the state's Low Emission Vehicles program.
