The Department of Environmental Quality seeks public comment on proposed amendments to Utah Admin. Code r. 309-515-6, Ground Water - Wells. The amendments would allow other qualified individuals, besides state engineers, to become authorized to witness the grouting of wells during construction and issue well seal certifications letters.
