The Department of Environmental Quality proposed to amend Utah Admin. Code r. 309.545, Facility Design and Operation: Drinking Water Storage Tanks. Changes include adding a requirement that there be a means to drain tanks and establishing rules for curing procedures and volatile organic compound sampling for tank coating.
