The Department of Environmental Quality proposed to amend Utah Admin. Code r. 311.207, Accessing the Petroleum Storage Tank Trust Fund for Leaking Petroleum Storage Tanks. Changes would permit the Petroleum Storage Tank Trust Fund to pay certain costs of consultants hired by third parties who have been affected by a release from a UST.
