The Department of Environmental Quality proposed to repeal and replace Utah Admin. Code r. 309.600.13, New Ground Water Sources of Drinking Water. Changes will clarify how sewers will be regulated within source protection zones and management areas for new wells and springs. The deadline for comment is September 14, 2012.
