The Department of Natural Resources proposed to amend Utah Admin. Code R649-3-32, Reporting of Undesirable Events. The rule would establish standards for oil and gas companies to report the release of fluids or natural gas to the environment. Written comment will be accepted until 5:00 pm on October 17, 2016.
