The Department of Environmental Quality proposed to amend 30 Tex. Admin. Code §§311.61, .62, and .67, pertaining to watershed protection. Changes establish a total phosphorus limit for certain discharges into the Benbrook Lake Watershed. A public hearing will be held on July 24, and the deadline for comment is August 4, 2014.
